Insurance and Financing

We are “in-network” with a few Dental Insurance companies including, Delta Dental Premier, United Concordia Fee for Service, Guardian PPO,  Metlife and all plans associated with the Connection Dental Network . “In-network” means our office has an agreement with these insurance plans. If you have any other PPO (preferred provider option) plan you may still use your insurance here and we will be reimbursed according to your “out-of-network” benefits.

We will make every effort possible to assist you with your specific insurance coverage. Your insurance coverage will be verified and an estimate of insurance benefits will be provided. Although it is not required, we will prepare and submit your insurance claim as a courtesy to our patients. We ask that your estimated co-pay is paid at the initiation of treatment (cash, check or credit card). If our estimate of the patient share was too high, a refund would be issued upon receipt of payment from the insurance carrier. Likewise, if the estimate was too low, the remaining balance would be due at that time.

Cash Patients

We are happy to accept patients without dental insurance. Payment is expected at the time of service. For your convenience, we accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Care Credit.

We are unable to finance treatment in our office, however we accept Care Credit which allows you to finance your treatment for 90 days interest free or extended payments with interest. You may visit their website and apply for Care Credit here.
