Meet our staff
Dr. Kristina Wiley and staff are committed to providing excellent care to your entire family. We strive to create a positive dental experience from your first phone call to your visit in our warm and inviting office. To help us meet this goal, we encourage early preventative care starting as young as 12 months old. We try to make this a fun experience for young children, adolescents, adults, seniors and patients with disabilities.
At your first visit, digital radiographs will be taken along with receiving your comprehensive exam & individualized treatment plan.
Dr. Wiley and staff will get to know you at this appointment and you will have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have regarding your care. We want to help you make the best informed decisions about your treatment options.
As a courtesy to you, we will also help you with understanding your insurance benefits and co-pays before treatment is even started.
We will make every effort possible to assist you with your specific insurance coverage. Your insurance coverage will be verified and an estimate of insurance benefits will be provided. Although it is not required, we will prepare and submit your insurance claim as a courtesy to our patients. We ask that your estimated co-pay is paid at the initiation of treatment (cash, check or credit card). If our estimate of the patient share was too high, a refund would be issued upon receipt of payment from the insurance carrier. Likewise, if the estimate was too low, the remaining balance would be due at that time.
